1. Right-click on your Windows Task Bar and then select the Task Manager.
2. Under the tab called Processes, click on Image Name column header in order to sort out the processes alphabetically by their names.
3. Select QBDBMgrN.exe, QBDBMgr.exe, QBCFMonitorService.exe, Qbw32.exe and then click End Process.
4. Click Yes when the message, “WARNING: Terminating a process can cause undesired results including loss of data and system instability….” appears.
