1. The name of your company or your organization is too elaborate and long. You can use abbreviations to resolve this problem.
2. There might be damage in your QBWUSER.INI file. This may have happened due to a faulty installation process or any changes in your system’s registry.
3. There may be a corruption in your device’s hard disk. This can take place due to a variety of reasons. A corrupted hard disk can result in your QuickBooks application not getting installed properly. Method 1: Using QuickBooks official diagnostic tools
1. You can download the official diagnostic tool for QuickBooks.
2. When you notice the prompt, you must save the file’s installation folders on your local desktop.
3. You have to close all other programs before running the diagnostic tool. It can take around half an hour for the diagnostics to get completed. This depends largely on the speed of your internet and the performance of your computer.

Method 2: Reboot and then disable your running antivirus program for some time 
1. You must reboot your device completely.

Method 3: Try renaming the QBWUSER.ini file
1. You have to rename the whole QBWUSER.ini file. However, it is important to remember that renaming this file will erase the list of all your previous company files and hence you shall be required to open these files manually.
2. Just reopen the folder where your QBWUSER.ini file has been saved. In case you cannot see this folder, you will have to check if your option for viewing hidden folders is enabled or not.

4. Add .old after the end of this file name, for instance, QBWUSER.ini.old. Then rename the entitlementdatastore.ecml file.
